Supreme Court Decisions Over the Past Week

 This past week has blessed us with two landmark Supreme Court decisions that will make America a better place. The looney leftist are going insane over both of these decisions, swearing ti is the end of the world as we know it.

The first Supreme Court decision ruled NY concealed carry gun law is unconstitutional. They decided that New York state law violated the Second Amendment because it required gun owners applying for concealed-carry licenses to prove they're need was worthy to carry guns in public. I agree that this law was wrong. You should not have to prove you have a need to carry a weapon. They are already having a background check to make sure they are legally able to own a gun. If they are buying one legally they are in all likely hood not a criminal and not planning an attack. I think that checking mental health records should be a part of every gun license background check because we should not give license to the mentally ill. The looney leftist think this will lead to more mass shootings, but I believe it will lead to people being safer. Shooters have been stopped in other instances by a single person who was carrying a gun. I think it will make the world a safer place it good people have guns and can protect other people.

The second Supreme Court decision was to overturn Roe v. Wade, PRAISE GOD!!!  I believe they did the right thing because according to the 10th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution “ The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” U. S. Constitution Abortion is not has never been a part of our constitution and there for should not have been under federal jurisdiction at anytime which is what the Supreme Court found and stated in their decision. People need to get over themselves and grow up. The leftist fascist are acting as if this is the end of the world, when it is not. Abortion is no going away, it is just being left to the states to decided and I fully believe that states will still allow abortions if the mother’s life is in danger and if there is severe psychological damage due to rape or incest. These are both valid reasons where as the roughly 97% of abortions performed in the United States are done for invalid reasons and are noted to be for social or economic reasons. There are many ways to prevent pregnancy from birth control to abstinence, which are better for everyone concerned. Murdering a child is not a valid method of birth control. It is a criminal act in my opinion. Women who do not want children can go get their tubes tied and men who do not want children can get a vasectomy. Then it is their body, but once you are pregnant is no longer just your body and your life, it is also the baby’s life and their body. To make it worse California, which is the armpit of America in my opinion, wants to make it legal to murder a baby up to 28 days after birth under the guise of abortion. Now you may not believe that a baby is baby until birth or after it is viable outside the womb and that is your opinion, which you are entitled to. I believe a baby is a baby from the moment of conception, but if abortion is going to legal in a state I do not think it should be performed after the first trimester except in extreme cases.  I also know from my research that medical reasons for abortions are very few due to all the medical advances we have made that allow women to carry to full term instead of miscarrying or dying due to medical issues such as gestational diabetes, or many birth defects that can be dealt with fetal operations. All of these arguments which the leftist will use to try and push for abortions through delivery have been resolved and are not valid in my opinion.

I know that others will not agree with me and that is fine because I am entitled to free speech by The United States Constitution. People do not have to agree with me and that is one of the great things about our country, we are each allowed to our own opinions and they do not have to be the same as others.

Are We in a Civil War?

 I would have to say the downfall of our country started when Obama was elected because he divided our country Trump did a lot of good for our country but he was not a perfect president and yes he was an uncouth ass. So far I haven’t seen Biden do a damn thing except raise taxes raise inflation raise the price of gas stop drilling in our country and making us dependent on foreign oil all of which are extremely negative things and hurtful for America. What we need is a moderate someone in the middle. We need to close our borders because we’re being invaded daily by criminals and yes if they are illegal they are criminal. We have drugs pouring across the borders and we need to do some thing to deal with that. We have mentally ill people from roaming the streets and we need to set up facilities to give them the help they need and if that means that they need to spend a lifetime institutionalized for their own safety then so be it.

Returning abortion to the states was the right thing to do because if that’s the way it’s written in the Constitution if it is not included in the US Constitution then it falls understates rights and abortion was never included in the Constitution. 

I am pro-life I believe that life begins at conception and that abortion is murder. But I also believe that if there is a medical reason for a woman to have an abortion to save her life that’s then you do so. If a person was raped and has severe psychological trauma and medically an abortion may well be necessary. But considering that roughly 97% of the abortions in this country are performed for social or economic reasons, then abortion should be illegal. To murder a child just because it’s not convenient in your life at that point in time is a terrible reason to commit a murder. There are multiple types of birth control and abstinence is always an option. Abortion should not be used as a form of birth control and the sad thing is that 97% of the people use it that way.

I do not believe the wild stories going around her birth control pill be banned because I don’t feel Betts in anyway tied to this whole thing I think it’s an overreaction by people be used to stir up more hate and division. 

I believe that there are certain members of Congress on both sides of the aisle purely stir the pot to cause more anger and violence and hate instead of trying to work together to find a compromise that would appease everyone or at least the majority. 30 years ago we had a lot more moderates on both sides and today we have so many people who’ve gone so far in the left that I don’t think they can ever be brought back to the middle and I also believe that there are some of the same on the right but I honestly feel they’re more on the left. I have to say that if we are not in a Civil War right now we are certainly on the verge and the overreaction of people to the supreme court ruling on abortion may be the powder keg starts a real war because people are not pausing to take a breath and look at the big picture. Instead they are looking at the mole hill and blowing it up into a mountain or maybe I should say a volcano.

The Insanity of the World and Our Government

 I have started this post many times over the last two years and then put it aside. It appears that the insanity has just flourished and gotten worse as time goes on.

I do not believe in the vaccine mandates that were pushed on people, forcing them to inject poison into their systems. I feel it was a violation of their personal and constitutional rights.  It is my body my choice and if you choose to take the shot that is your choice, but you should not force it on others. It was major government overreach in my opinion.  The federal government has no place in health care and needs to get out of the healthcare business forever.  They also have no business being involved in health insurance either.

I was very glad to hear that the Supreme Court may overturn Roe vs Wade because I believe abortion is murder.  I believe it was government overreach when they ruled to legalize abortion across the country in the first place because the 10th Amendment to the Constitution says, "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." Abortion is not in the Constitution so therefore it is a State's right and needs to be returned to the States.

Now the idiot's demons in DC are trying to make laws regarding allowing murder up to the birth of a baby. They want to allow women to kill their children in the womb up until birth and even at birth. Murder is illegal and they want to make it legal which will lead to murders using it as an excuse to get away with murder and not have to suffer the punishment they deserve for the crime of murder.  It is one thing to set limits of 3 months or 15 weeks, even though I feel that abortion at any stage is murder, with a few exceptions such as to save the life of the mother if the child is not viable outside the womb, but this is out and out MURDER!!!!!!

The whole mask debate has gotten out of hand as well. If people want to wear a mask let them, and do not penalize those who choose not to wear a mask. It is not a crime and making it one is a disservice to the American people and their individual rights. It is just like the elites trying to steal all of our money because we the American people are too stupid to manage our own money or make decisions for ourselves.

We have terrorists who are under the guise of Hitler's brown shirts, ie the BLM which are ravaging our cities and destroying homes and businesses under the guise of "peaceful protests" when there is nothing peaceful about it.  They are terrorists who are committing awful crimes and blaming it on others.

Now we have the so-called president of this country trying to give away our medical rights and allow the WHO to control the country under the guise of a medical emergency or pandemic. This is treason!!!! It is a violation of our Constitution and our rights as citizens. The Manchurian candidate in the White House should be tried for treason.

We must stop these demons from destroying the United States. They are out to control us and kill us.  I believe that the food shortage and the high gas prices, and all the rest of this insanity is a scam being played on the American people to try to gain control of us and it is time that we stood up and said NO MORE!  It is time to fight back and STOP THE INSANITY!!!

It is time for Americans to stand up as one and tell the demons in our government that we are done.  We must vote the demons out, or we are done for. Satan has them in hand and we must stop them.

The more I read and the more I hear the more I believe that the demons are out to get us and that things are going to get worse before they get better.  I believe they will pull more evil tricks out of their bags to try and control us and to beat us into submission.  They want everyone to inject the poison and to fall into line. The next injection they will start to push is the Monkey Pox or some other made-up scam that they will use to try to scare us all.

I am not saying that the coronavirus is not real, but the hype behind it is all part of the demonic agenda to control us and to manipulate us into falling into their trap.

I pray daily that God will help those who are in the darkness to see the light and will walk away from the darkness.  I am not sure this will happen, but I pray that it does.

Mandates Shmandates - This Trash Must Stop

After watching Bidump drool on Anderson Cooper about how first responders and polite should be fired if they refuse the shot I got pissed off.

 Mandates are wrong and Biden is the one who made it a political issue. He needs to shut his trap and quit pushing his trash and liberal lies. He tries to blame Conservatives for making it a political issue, but in truth he made it one when he started pushing his agenda to force the injection of  this crap into American citizens. What about all the illegal criminals who are crossing our southern border? Push your trash on them, not on real American citizens who work for a living. 

Biden is the worst president in the history of America, he and Ovomit are he two worst to ever walk through the doors of the White House and an insult to America.  Congress is a disgrace to America as well. All of these people work for us and they are taking away our freedoms and liberties and we need to let them know that we are done with the progressive trash and we want what is right for America and it is not the three pieces of trash legislation that will destroy America. His trash legislation is a socialist agenda with “human infrastructure” not real infrastructure. Only 6% of the bill covers roads, bridges, and real infrastructure the rest is trash.  No bill should be more than a few pages long and all bills should deal specifically with the one or two things assigned to it not all the trash that it is included. I have read these bills all the way through and they are trash, and would make a great fire starter.  Most of the people who we elected and who are suppose to work for us have not even read these bills. They just listen to the trash Pelosi and her criminal band are pushing and say, okay.  These people need to be reigned in because they work for us and what they are pushing is not what the citizens of America want.

Everything Bidump says in this video is a lie in my opinion. The man has done nothing that is good for America in all the years he has been in office and nothing he touches is good. It is all demonic because he is in league with Satan.  He is a dictator who rules by executive order and mandate and that is not how a president runs a country. A president needs to be in league with the people, not against the people like every demoncrap in Washington is.  They work for us, not the other way around.  

We need term limits and we need to cut the pay of those in Washington, starting with the president.  This socialist agenda is bad for America and must be stopped!

It is time for real Americans to stand up. We must stop the border invasion and round up the illegals and send them back to where they came from so they can fix their own countries not destroy ours. Welfare and all the socialist crap needs to go. We need programs that get people back working and on the right track. People need to work for what they want not be given handouts. We need to fix social security, get rid of the windfall elimination trash and stand up for America. It is time for another Declaration of  Independence from the tyrant who is in Washington, D.C. and all his tyrannical, socialist, Nazi cronies who are pushing for the destruction of America. We must defend the Constitution and our God given rights. 

More Propaganda and Communist ideology

 After reading the article attached in this link from American Military News I did some thinking because the article really bothered me in more ways than one.

To me it sounds like communist ideology, but if they’re truly out to target anti-government ideology then I agree and I believe they should start with Antifa and Black Lives Matter because they are definitely domestic terrorist groups, who expose “militia violent extremists” tactics followed by the media who are the ones promoting  the idea of superiority. No race is superior over another. This is all government propaganda.

This whole thing has gotten out of hand. We are all human beings and all we need to do is treat each other with respect it doesn’t matter what color your skin is, people are people.

There are many places in the Bible where it discusses treating others with respect including:

Matthew 7:12

12 So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.

John 13:34-35

34 "A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. 35 By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another."

1 Corinthians 13:4-7

4 Love is patient, love is kind. Simply need to follow the Golden rule and the Silver rule.

The Golden Rule:

“Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”

The Silver Rule given by Confucius:

“shu: never impose on others what you would not choose for yourself?’”

I personally believe that you get what you earn because of working hard that is supported in 1 Thessalonians 5:12-13

“12 Now we ask you, brothers and sisters, to acknowledge those who work hard among you, who care for you in the Lord and who admonish you. 13 Hold them in the highest regard in love because of their work. Live in peace with each other.”

The article also discusses “aims to “create conditions of public safety and ensure people can express their political views as is appropriate in a democracy.”” Which to me seems to say that if you don’t agree with their propaganda then you are in the wrong and you will be turned in and arrested and treated as a criminal for having your own opinion. More brainwashing if citizens as a way to destroy our country and our Constitution.  It is my personal opinion that this whole thing reads like a communist manifesto. 

Wake up America! Think!!! Use your brain!! Do not blindly follow those who are trying to brainwash everyone into believing there is a problem when there is not one.

The Death of Our Democracy

 With the election of Biden and the hostile take over of our government by the demoncrats our country has fallen and is continuing to fall further down the hole to hell. The attacks on our Constitution and our rights growing and being pushed by the demons in congress who are not representing the citizens of America, but instead are pushing their own socialist agenda.  It is as if the novel 1984 has come to life.  

I was not a Trumper, but I am definitely not a psychotic liberal. I am more of a conservative moderate and am an Independent. I am a strong supporter of small government and individual rights. I stand in support of the Constitution.

The acts of terrorism committed over the last year by the Nazi, socialist, racist Antifa and BLM have reigned terror on cities and innocent citizen of America. These were all acts of insurrection and attacks on America and our rights. These people are the arm of the fascist, socialist, or even communist who have taken over our government. They are synonymous with Hitler’s brown shirt.  They should all be imprisoned for life for the destruction, violence, and more that they caused as well as being forced to pay reparations to those who lost their businesses and more.

The peaceful protest that became violent because of a few radicals that the demons are referring to as an insurrection, was not an insurrection it was a “mostly peaceful protest” to use their words. It was a demonstration of frustration and anger at the fact that there were so many horrific acts of terrorism committed but the NAZI demons over the past several months and encouraged by the terrorist who have taken over our government.

The Nazi’s in our government are out to destroy America and all it stands for. They need to be in jail. The erection of a fence around the People’s government is only to keep them separate and safe so they can carry out their diabolical plan to destroy America. They are in league with Satan.  We must vote them out and put in people who truly represent the people instead of having their own agenda. 

The agenda of these demonic people is to destroy America and it must be stopped. We the People need to take back our country and our government. It is our right!  These people are suppose to work for us. We are not their slaves, though they seem to think we are. Their goal is a feudal system with no middle class and only the rich and the poor. This is not right and it must be stopped.

As a citizen of Alaska I vote to secede from the union and form our own country using the Constitution of the United States of America that the demons are out to destroy. I do not consider myself an American first because of the racist people who are pushing their hateful agenda on the American people. 

I believe all people are equal and I treat all people the same. I do not feel that skin color has anything to do with it. I look to the heart of people and believe in hard work and ethics, We must stand by our morals and support our Constitution and our rights.

This divisive government is our to destroy America. They are not supportive of diversity, they are supportive of suppression of people. The demoncrats suppressed black America years ago and forced them into the situation they are in today. They pushed for single parent homes by pushing their agenda that said you got government money if you had not father in the home. This destroyed many families and contributed to the problems of today because many young black men do not have male role models. This is also happening in many European American, Hispanic, and other ethnic groups. It is the fault of the racist demoncraps who have an ulterior motive of destroying America.

The demoncrats want it to become all one thing: a racist divided society full of hate and violence.

Charles Barkley said it beautifully.  “I think most black people and white people are really good people. I really believe that in my heart, but I think our system is set up for our politicians whether they are republicans or democrats are designed to make us not like each other so they can keep their grasp or money and power. They divide and conquer. I truly believe in my heart most white people and black people are awesome people, but we are so stupid following our politicians, whether they are republicans or democrats and their only job is “hey let’s make these people not like each other. We don’t live in their neighborhoods, we all got money. Let’s make the whites and blacks not like each other. Let’s make rich people and poor people not like each other, ahh let’s scramble the middle class.” I truly believe that in my heart.”

Dan Bongino said, “Republicans may not be the solution to all your problems, but Democrats are almost always the cause.” The demoncraps throw the racism card around like crazy. Republican’s do not. He went on to say, “Their agenda is garbage...give us all your money through confiscatory taxes. Send your kids to crappy schools, no school choice. We want the government to run your health care, despite the fact that we cannot even run the department of motor vehicles. And we want to put a bunch of red tape on your businesses so you have to pay lawyers to run your businesses.”

The democrats goal is to get people to hate other people so much so they vote against them. They run on the idea that the other guy is far worse. They have no real plan to help America and have brainwashed many people into believing that they are the only way to go.

I personally look at the issues the ideas that the candidates push and that helps me decide which way I want to vote. I am a registered independent because I do not believe either party is right and I feel strongly that we need an independent in office to straighten out this country and get us back on track, One who will defend our Constitutional rights and who will support our military and police as well as the citizens of this nation. 

What we currently have is a group of two year olds who are focused on what they want, not what is best for America and its people. Their goal is to divide this country and destroy it.  AOC is has her agenda of destruction, Pelosi has her own agenda and then you have the domestic terrorist who are out to destroy the country just because they are don’t like something and want their own way, most people refer to them as the squad. Top that off with Maxine Waters who is the most violent and racist person I have ever heard speak. These people hate America because it is not catering to their whims and lining their pockets with enough money. They want to beat the people down into submission and kill off anyone who disagrees with them. I mean Maxine Waters incited violent and nothing was done to her. She should be in jail. Trump spoke about patriotism and supporting the country and they went after him because they do not support patriotism or America.

I am a patriot and I believe in the Constitution and strongly support free speech, freedom of religion, and the Second Amendment. The demoncraps are out to take all of those away from us and some of them want to “RE-EDUCATE” those who do not believe in their Nazi agenda. Tell me who is in the right here, certainly not them. They are the ones we need to stop and to vote out of office or better yet recall from office and throw in jail for acts of terrorism and insurrection against America.

I stand for America, our flag, our Constitution and our Declaration of Independence which states:

I believe that time has come and we need to abolish the current government and set up a new government that is really OF the People, BY the People, and FOR the People, not this sham of government that is destroying our country.
